6.45 MEUR for GAEU Consulting’s Clients in the final 2022 cut-off of EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe
The best way to finish the year is to win #eicaccelerator funding! In the last cut-off for 2022, two GAEU Consulting clients have made it to the winners list:
- EmbeDL - a spin-off from the Horizon 2020 funded research project LEGaTO. The mission of EmbeDL is to commercialise its Deep Learning optimisation engine into a highly scalable service that makes DL-based AI affordable and energy efficient in embedded systems
- Cyto356 - a medical-device start-up developing RondelO™ - a globally unique medical stopcock that prevents mixing of drugs. RondelO™ combats drug incompatibility by design, and it is the only physical device that adds an extra layer of safety for the nurse to do right.
Tomasz Wąsik, MBA, CEO GAEU Consulting Horizon Europe Centre of Excellence, comments: “We could not imagine closing 2022 in a better way. Those projects mean that our team has supported winning proposals in every EIC Accelerator cut-off in 2022, placing us in the “Champions League” of the EU funding consultancy companies. The portfolio of successful projects is growing every month and we are proud to add EmbeDL and Cyto365 to our reference list. We thank our Clients for their trust in our team and their commitment during the proposal preparation journey!”
Hans Salomonsson, CEO EmbeDL, comments: "The EIC Accelerator is a very competitive call and creating a winning proposal on your own takes significant resources. We chose to partner with GAEU to help us create our winning proposal. I can highly recommend choosing GAEU as your partner - they are very professional and deliver high quality results. I was very impressed that they had the expertise to understand both our technology and business case."
Micael Törnblom, CEO Cyto365, comments: “The EIC Accelerator funding is coming at a time when it is most needed for our company. GAEU has been very supportive during the process and with their previous expertise and knowledge that gave us valuable feedback. The RondelO multi inlet stopcock manifold can now be developed to be able to reach the mass market, to improve the Infusion treatment to address the underserved but well recognized problem of drug incompatibility inline due to human error during administration.”
