We are now looking for candidates for the position of Business & Development Consultant to our office in Krakow. If you want to be a part of an international team committed to set new standards in the EU grants consultancy services, get familiar with the description of the duties that soon will be yours.

You are fluent in English and have great understating of how to build a long-lasting customer relationship.
You feel comfortable writing complex texts in English, involving technical descriptions and business terminologies.

Previous experience with EU grants would be a strong asset, but is not required.
Tasks
You will be a part of GAEU’s Innovation Funding Team and cooperate closely with international clients.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality grant proposals.
Your duties will stretch across the whole life-cycle of the projects, from research tasks, through delivery of professional grant application texts and pitch decks in English, to client assistance and support in the project reporting phase.
You will be involved in validating and developing business plans.
You will work with projects within e.g. life sciences, ICT technologies, green tech, deep tech, engineering and have exposure to the most innovative product concepts that may soon enter the market.
Your duties will give you a unique understanding of the business and market trends in Europe and the long-term development goals pursued by the leading European innovation companies.

Private Equity & Grants Consultant

Currently, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Private Equity & Grants Consultant to our team.
Tasks
Write EU grant proposals to European deep tech funding mechanisms such as EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe.
Utilise AI for the development of comprehensive business plans and as a support tool for investment endeavours.
Participate in securing equity investments for GAEU's clients.
Develop, analyse, and validate business plans.
Create professional pitch decks and investment memoranda for GAEU's clients.
Participate in due diligence projects with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and other loan providers.
Formulate funding strategies for clients in cutting-edge sectors such as biotechnology, artificial intelligence, clean energy, and sustainable technologies
You
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial and private equity sector.
Demonstrate a proven track record in crafting investment documentation for small and medium-sized companies, including investment memoranda, pitch decks, and investor presentations.
Exhibit excellent language skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex technological and business concepts in English.
Represent strong interpersonal skills.
Proactively engage in every customer interaction.
Demonstrate eagerness to share knowledge and experience while remaining open to receiving feedback.

Key Account Manager (KAM) – Corporate Finance & EU Funding
Location - Stockholm

The role
As a KAM at GAEU you carry substantial responsibility for the sales process. With support from senior colleagues, you handle prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing. Your dialogue is typically with the CEO, CFO, and board. You originate engagements across both Corporate Finance and public/EU funding.You work closely with our Corporate Finance team and technical experts. We provide structured onboarding, hands-on training on live cases, and clear support throughout. In return, we expect you to drive the process independently and deliver results.
You prioritise relevant client dialogues, set clear next steps, and drive them to decision. You map the company’s goals, funding needs, and timeline, shape a solution within private capital and/or EU funding, and lead the process to a signed mandate.
Qualifications
• Experience in B2B new-business sales of professional services.
• Confident in decision-stage dialogues with CEO/CFO/board (able to challenge with sound logic and drive toward decisions).
• Needs analysis: can conduct a structured needs analysis and convert insights into a clear proposal and terms.
• Activity + quality: able to operate professionally—contacting enough relevant companies and running meetings with clear agendas/methods to land high-quality deals.
• Understands how limited companies finance growth and can discuss funding strategy (capital need, timing, dilution) or shows a clear ability to learn this quickly.
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate Finance

The role
As an Associate/Senior Associate at GAEU, you work close to the deal at every stage. You contribute to analysis, financial modelling, preparation of investment materials, lead parts of the investor dialogue, and help hold the process together from first contact to closing. You work closely with project leads and our specialists.We operate with a clear, well-defined process that structures the workflow. You help design the investment case, conduct research, value companies, build financial models, and develop investor materials. You craft targeted investor lists, reach out to investors, participate in investor meetings, and work actively to close transactions.
You become a key part of our growing team and take on significant responsibility early: we give you the mandate and conditions to develop quickly.
Qualifications – skills
• At least 2 years in a relevant role (Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/Transaction Services/Private Equity/Venture Capital) or equivalent experience we deem relevant.
• Knowledge/experience in financial modelling and valuation, or a clear ability to acquire this skill quickly.
• Ability to understand and articulate an investment case: from technology and market to competitiveness, milestones, capital plan, and path to shareholder value.
• Produce concise, coherent investor materials with a clear narrative.
• Fluent Swedish and English at a professional level, spoken and written.Qualifications – how you work
